Expert Planet hires VP, Education & Communications
We are pleased to announce the hiring of Pat Ricken, who will oversee all aspects of education and communications for our growing community of Experts.
Prior to Expert Planet, Pat served as the Director of Training and Communications at Netflix. She arrived at Netflix after three years at LiveOps, the nation’s premier teleservices company, where she provided strategic leadership for the design and execution of training initiatives for their large, distributed workforce to support a wide variety of Enterprise level clients.
Pat will report to Matt Durawa, Senior Vice President of our Expert Community. ”We are thrilled and fortunate to have Pat join our team,” said Matt. “Pat’s agent and training know-how will be a great addition to our Expert Community.”
Before LiveOps, Pat spent nearly 10 years at Victoria Secret Direct, where she held a variety of positions, including serving as the Director of Training.
Pat currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
