Expert Planet hires SVP, Expert Community
Expert Planet LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Matt Durawa as Senior Vice President, Expert Community. In this role, Matt will be responsible for developing and growing the community of Expert Agents.
Matt arrives from Ogilvy & Mather where he implemented leading edge customer experience strategies for some of the worlds leading brands including American Express, AT&T, Ford, IBM, Kodak, and SAP.
Matt is an experienced practitioner in telesales, service, customer experience, branding, and organizational alignment.
